KMIND® provides a detailed, continuously updated mapping of decision-makers and opinion leaders at the European, national, and local levels, thanks to its integration with Open Government Data and a constant monitoring system of corporate interactions with stakeholders: meetings, conversations, emails, shared documents, and more. Through an intuitive dashboard and a weighted sentiment analysis system, the platform identifies weak signals from both digital and traditional sources and delivers insights on activities, positioning, and perception.
Dossiers, legislation, and context under control
KMIND® provides a structured management system for all dossiers relevant to the Client, offering thematic fact sheets that include abstracts, contacts, progress status, related activities, legislative acts, press reviews, and the stakeholders involved. It dynamically archives regulations at the European, national, and local levels, supporting the identification of risks and opportunities. The platform automatically integrates social media and corporate press reviews, maps opinion leaders and specialised journalists, and updates the event calendar in real time, linking every piece of information to themes, regions, and strategic interlocutors.
Advanced analytics for data-driven decisions
The Analytics section of KMIND® transforms data into strategic knowledge thanks to advanced tools such as the Data Room, the Visual Graph, and the Entity Hub. Its interactive interface allows users to explore information collected across the platform’s different modules and to visualize the connections within relational capital through dynamic graphs. Documents are analyzed using semantic technologies such as Named Entity Recognition and Keyword Tagging, enabling the identification of meanings, relationships, and trends while facilitating both qualitative and quantitative understanding of phenomena. The resulting insights support ROI measurement, CSRD-oriented reporting, and KPI definition.
